I have problems running a AlwaysOnline
We understand your frustration. Please ensure that the DNA.DLL file is located in the same folder as the product. Ensure that the computer that you running the product on has the correct DOT NET Framework, correct 32/64 bit Operating System. If you have other problems related to bugs/fixes, please email us at the address above, so that we can try to resolve the issues.
I am struggling to license the product
Our product works by looking at the ".cdm" file located in the same folder as the product. If the file is missing, or first time you run the product, it will try connect to the license server, and create a ".cdm" file in the same folder as the product. If the file is deleted or removed, the product will contact the server, validate your key and create a new ".cdm" file. If you still have problems with licensing, please contact our support at the address above
My license is locked out
You may activate and deactivate your license to be used on same or different computers 5 times in 14 days. If you exceed this limit, you will be locked out for 14 days before you can try again.
I can't find my license key or password
When registering you were requested for an email address, this is where the key will have been emailed to. Please check all junk/spam folders.
If you still cant find the email, you can go to the License Manager, where you can enter your information to retrieve the license key.
If you cannot remember the password to your license key, use our License Manager to request the password, or recover the password.
